What we connect with — and what we don’t yet.

Native Fulfillment Service app. Auto-creates a Location named 'Littles Fulfillment' on install. Webhooks pull orders, inventory pushes back. No CSV exports.

Plugin in private beta with two pilot brands. Same order-pull / inventory-push model as Shopify. ETA Q3 2026.

On the roadmap. Will use BC's Stencil API + the order-shipped webhook. Target H2 2026 if at least three partners need it.

We expose a REST + GraphQL API for partners with custom platforms. Send orders in via POST /orders, receive shipment-created webhooks. Auth is API-key with rotation.

Subscription orders flow through the storefront platform's normal order pipeline, so they Just Work via the Shopify integration. We respect the recurring schedule.

We don't connect directly to ESPs. Your storefront platform fires the events your ESP needs (order-shipped, etc.) and we don't touch that pipeline.

Not yet — partners almost never need this if they're on Shopify, since the FS app supersedes ShipStation's role. We'll build it if a partner specifically requires it.

Live invoice + payment sync coming in Q3. Until then, weekly invoices are emailed PDFs and available in your portal.
