Sub-processors

These are the third-party providers Littles Fulfillment, LLC engages to help deliver its services. Each is bound by data-protection obligations no less protective than our DPA. We give partner brands at least 30 days’ notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor.
Google Cloud Platform
- Purpose
- Cloud hosting, database, and queue infrastructure (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Memorystore).
- Data handled
- All operational data, including partner and end-customer records.

SKUSavvy
- Purpose
- Warehouse management system used to run picking, packing, and inventory operations.
- Data handled
- Orders, SKUs, inventory levels, and end-customer shipping details.
- Location

Transactional email provider
- Purpose
- Sending operational and account email (invoices, alerts, confirmations).
- Data handled
- Recipient email address and message contents.
- Location
- United States
Shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx)
- Purpose
- Delivering orders and processing returns. Carriers are engaged as a partner authorizes.
- Data handled
- End-customer name, shipping address, and contact details required for delivery.
- Location
- United States (with international delivery as addressed)
