We price like we’d want to be priced. No tiered storage mysteries, no per-SKU fees that punish growth, and shipping is always a separate line so you can see the carrier cost and the markup independently.
Volume past 5,000 orders/month gets bespoke pricing. Past 25,000, we’ll usually run a carrier RFP for you and renegotiate shipping rates accordingly. Ask us about it.
How shipping is billed.
Every shipment shows two things on your invoice: the carrier cost (UPS / USPS / FedEx) and our shipping markup. The markup is a small % or flat fee, set in your partner agreement. We quote at fulfillment time using the rate the carrier returned; when the carrier’s actual invoice arrives we reconcile and adjust the line if it differs.
That means your invoice is auditable against the carrier’s own tracking page on every shipment.
When we’re honestly not the right fit.
- Under 100 orders/month — you’d save by self-fulfilling
- Hazmat / regulated goods we’re not licensed for
- Customers ship to over 30 countries (we partner for international, ask)
- You need a same-day fulfillment SLA below 4 hours
What we don’t charge for.
- No setup fee
- No monthly minimum
- No per-SKU fee
- No long-term contract — month-to-month after a 30-day trial
- No surprise accessorial charges; everything reconciled to the carrier invoice you can see
